United Resources Real Estate Co. KSC (URRC) was incorporated in July 28, 2005 as a shareholding company with a paid up capital of KD 15 million. Currently Al-Ahlia Holding Co. has a stake of 34.17% in URRC. The company specialises in creating customized solutions for its clients' retail real estate needs in terms of key market identification, competitive analysis, tenant mix synergy, deal validation, disposition services, environmental projects etc. Its goal is to partner with the clients to understand their business objectives and create innovative ways to optimize the value of their real estate assets.

URRC’s services range from site evaluation to occupancy and include Tenant Improvement, Capital Improvement and Built-to-Suit projects of all sizes for office, retail and industrial use. One of the major on-going projects of URRC includes development of Olympic Council of Asia (OCA) headquarters, which includes a 5-star hotel, an office tower and a commercial mall. The project is located in Salmiya facing the Arabian Gulf Street and has a total plot area of  18,820 Square Meter.

The total assets of the company at the end of 2005 were equal to KD 15.09 million and the total shareholders’ equity was of  KD 15.06 million.
